Cancelations must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment thereby forfeiting any deposits/payments made. For complex appointments like weddings, please refer to your service agreement.
*For tardiness or late arrivals more that 15 mins, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule and you may risk forfeiting your deposit or payments made.
